I have until today believed that the Button-hole rear backing never appeared on the Northern Ireland State Council badge. Today I was proved wrong as a retired Fellow from RCN give me his badge issued to him in 1969 from the Joint Nursing & Midwifery Council for Northern Ireland. I note this back on discussion of the GNC badges but this first time came across it here in Northern Ireland. I have (hopefully) attached picture of front and 2 different pin backings. Only other badge with both type of pin backs I have from NI are from Muckamore Abbey Hospital.
Did anyone already know or have both types of backs on any NI badges?

Happy New Year to you all.

I also have a Gransha Hospital badge with button hole finding and among my Irish collection I have a small Irish GNC with this finding.

Anyone know of any others?

Hello,
The only other N.I. badge I know of having a button hole lapel finding is The Northern Ireland Hospital Reserve badge.
