Hi,would anyone know if it's possible to get copies of ENB certificates dating from 1984-1995?
I've messaged NMC and RCN, awaiting answers. Also,I was told that the ENB courses for that time period do not carry any credits for APEL,is that true?
If I hear back from NMC or RCN then I'll update,any insight gratefully received.

Re ENB certificates & credits. 
You can claim APEL for most courses that are relevant for a course at a University subject to qualifying criteria.  You'd need to look at the APEL process for a particular Uni & what you can claim for.
I have some ENB certificates for Uni courses I undertook that were then level 3 courses & counted towards my Degree.
It's also worth noting that there may also be a time period restriction for including courses undertaken that you want to include towards APEL, sometimes the course or work undertaken must be within a recent time period, again check with the Uni.
