Schools of Nursing Forum

I believe that these were a Christmas gift from the queen in 1901 to Nurses service in the Boer War? Anyone know anything more about who would have received them,just PCANSR or any nurses?Any information welcomed.

Well I got this at auction,despite it costing 5 times the estimate,and very interesting it is too.I need to do further research but I promise I will get an article out of this one.Meanwhile I will put a couple of pictures in the album as a teaser.
