Hi All, do any of you live in Torbay, and would be happy to do a bit of research for me please?
I am researching the above Nurse, and have her death certificate for 1960 in Torbay, she worked in London until about 1933 and i would like to find more about her life after nursing , epsecially a photograph etc. I have done a lot of reserach and found didtant descendats of her sisters, but they didnt even know she existed!

I have managed to find a living (in law) relative of this lady who does have a photo..may take a while ti find, her deceased husbands aunt nd was known as May!..not sure where her medals have gone. any more help gratefully recieved, Lizzie

The thrill of the chase! Be careful - it can wear one down. But finding a living relative is like finding gold. I just wish that I had seen the badge go on auction.... Spilt milk. And where is the badge now? And what was it sold for? these things I would seriously like to know....
