hi whist I agree its a great book I wouldn't pay £150 for it - although I did see it for £300. I got my copy from a rare book site and its great and such a shame that the 2nd edition wasn't published. Mine was a lot less than the £150 but took a lot of trawling through rare book sites to find

This may not be very helpful but I got my hardback copy free from the author.
