Thought I would wish you all a good Nurse's Day for 2011,although it doesn't seem to be well supported in the UK this year? Perhaps the recession and work pressures are just taking their toll?
We still do not seem to celebrate our nursing past like some countries and I was impressed to find this link; http://www.dshm.dk/   as to one museum.
After last years FN commemorations I suppose the next big Nursing anniversaries will be the RCN's 100th anniversary in 2016 and the centenary of Nurse training in the UK in 2019.Plenty of time to start your planning now?
