Badge Identification sought...

Hi.

Can anyone identify the badge in the attached photograph? A correspondent in Australia sent the finding information with the photograph:-

I was wondering if you could help me identify this badge.
It belonged to my great Aunt. who served during WW2 with the QAIMNSR. She has war medals in the collection and this one which I can't identify.
She also has a Middlesex Nurse League badge so assume she was there for a time.
