Hi
Does a one know if this hospital had a nurse training school&'if so how many variants of the badge there are/were?  Only I have just bought a pendant type badge.

Hi.

Never seen this one Myk.  Looks nice - I don't think that there could have been many hospitals with badges like this without a school.

Perhaps Peter will be able to clarify.

Sy John's Hospital was what had been the Buckinghamshire Mental Hospital in Stone near Aylesbury until 1948.The pendant style and lettering are similar to other badges in the group such as Stoke Mandeville Hospital. A nice scarce badge.
Not sure but it may have been replaced by the Vale of Aylesbury badges finding the swan? I think there is one in the albums?
