curiosity and the nice SRN badge

does anybody know anything about this nice ebay SRN badge? 141274241064 rather unusual and is it possibly from overseas? as usual its just my idle curiosity getting the better of me!! 8)

Definitely UK,Vaughtons & Son and hallmark. 3 possible candidates for the Initials but I am unsure which of the 3 it is.
