Warburg Nursing Badge

Does anyone know if this is a nurses badge, looks more religious to me.  I contacted the seller & they say it's a nurses badge because it came with others he bought at the same time, it has a heart on it & to lol it up!

I have a number of other similar ones to this one and its a nurses badge and was worn at the throat
