Hmm,a puzzle? looks as though it is a League covering two distinct hospitals.I'll hunt through but the first,possibly guessing it to be circa 1950s,1960s, is Heaton Royds Hospital nr. Shipley and  Calverley hospital,Thornbury nr. Bradford both part of the Bradford(B)Hospital Management Committee Group in 1958. At best these will be educated guesses but it might give a clue for further research?
