St Crispin Hospital School of Nursing
« on: March 29, 2008, 05:53:14 AM »
My name is David Nicholas.  I was at St Crispin Hospital between 1972 and 1979, a very important period in my life.  I met my wife, Nila, there, my first child was born while I was working there, and living in a hospital house also.  Many many memories.  Am still a psychiatric nurse, after 36 yrs!  Now working in Melbourne, Australia.  email address if anyone wants to contact me

Hello David,

Welcome to the SoN Forum board. We are delighted to have you as a member and hope that you will find the forum useful. We already have a couple of British members working in Australia, plus at least one in New Zealand.

I too started as an RMN student, later married a nurse and like you lived in a hospital house when our first child was born... 8 GBPounds per week - Net!!

Enjoy your membership and please, do let us know if you have any problems with the forum, although hopefully you won't.

Best Regards,
Will B.
