ENB 998 Lost Certificate

Please can anyone help?....  I trained between 1974/78 at QMH and StHelier and
completed my ENB 998 mentorship course in 1990..... I now need proof and cannot
find the certificate and was wondering if old QMH training records were held
anywhere......

The NMC took over from the ENB, I would have thought they might be able to provide a copy. The problem is that it isn't recordable so it might not be easy.

Hello Mick.

Yes, thanks for that. I have supplied the necessary links to Katrina - I think that she has a chance because she managed to get a transcript once before, but we have no details when/from whom.

Although not member (perhaps she will join) she is able to follow any debate/advice here.

Even harder trying to get your school exam certificates from 1976 when the school closed in 1988. When I was 16 I didn't think I would be asked to produce them at 53.
