I've seen a Paddington, Paddington General Hospital, and a St Charles Hospital suspension bar worded variants, of these medal badges, are there any more different variants that anyone is aware of?

Those are the only three I am aware of.The Paddington group HMC consisted of; Paddington General,St Charles,National Temperance Hospital,West End Hospital for Neurology And Neurosurgery,St Columba's Hospital and several outpatients facilities.
