I thought that this was a mental hospital, therefore the red badge would be for R.M.N's and the yellow badge for S.E.M.N's, there are also large and small brass buttons for this hospital.
Yes you are probably right as the yellow enamelled one in my set came with an Enrolled Nurse GNC badge.
