Title: Sussex Downs School of Nursing
Post by: Suzyb on April 28, 2012, 09:33:13 AM
Help!...I trained at Hellingly Hospital and qualified in 1985, sadly I had my hospital badge stolen during a burglary some years later - does anyone know if I can get a replacement?

Hi Suzy.

I will send a little info to your email later today which might help. Meanwhile someone else might be able to assist...

Will.

Hello Suzy,

I think I  saw a Sussex Downs badge at the last 'antique' fair I attended; which are held quarterly at Woking Leisure centre (Surrey). What a shame I didn't know before.

I think that the next Fair is in the autumn - check the Woking Leisure centre website. It might be a long shot, but you never know!

P.S. For what its worth, I found all the stall holders there, very helpful, when I enquired about nursing badges.

Hiya,

I trained at the Worthing & Southands Hospital School of Nursing 1979-1981.  Dis this school become Sussex Downs?
I'm trying to get proof of my training and qualifications, can anyone help?!
