This is a call out to any Nurses who stayed in the Nurse's Hostel in Central Hill Estate on the corner of Roman Rise and Central Hill from the 70s onwards.
The Hostel was designed by Rosemary Stjernstedt and Ted Hollamby (Lambeth Borough Architects) on the site of a Mayday property on the condition that any building on it would be for accommodation for nurses.
Together with residents of Central Hill, we are looking for any memories, photos etc from anyone who lived there!
I will attach original drawings of the quarters in this post.
