It was the Asylum, not Institution medal that I was wondering about.  I have the Institution medal but not the Asylum medal.

Please advise me if I'm wrong but I thought that the Asylum and Institution were the same just different time frames

No you are correct Barry,it was a query about a medal which was listed on Ebay recently.That was similar to the one in the albums but with the different title.

Peter is right, differently worded nurses medals from the same place with different time frames.
