Can anyone help dating a GNC badge with a registration number of 536251. I have the hospital badge & it has a date of July 1981. The GNC badge also states a RMN registration number of 71793. Which came first? Can anyone help?

Just looking through my GNC badges, I have found one with the number 6000704, Peter is selling a 1982 dated GNC badge, numbered 600045, so I assume my 6000704 badge is a 1982 issue? I also have one with a registration number of 9584318, which is higher than the 1982 dated badges. Does anyone know if this is the case or if the 9584318 numbered badge has some other significance as it seems quite high considering 1982 was the last year of issue for GNC badges.
