Besides the Edinburgh & East of Scotland and the London Nurses Cooperation badges, are there any other cooperation badges in existence?

Quite a few from memory.Certainly a Nottingham.I know that Edelweiss was always keen to acquire these so consequently I rarely managed to win many.There  was a Temperance Male Nurses cooperation but I have never seen a badge although other memorabilia does exist.see   http://bjp.rcpsych.org/content/bjprcpsych/55/230/local/advertising.pdf
