Title: TWO OTHER BADGE IDENTITIES,any help gratefully recieved.

Hi, please can any of you help with these 2 badges  below.... , the red cross is named with one year's date..1916 , the blue one is silver, h/m ? p for 1989.

I acquired this badge yesterday and it says "Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital around inside circle. Can anyone identify where this issued from?
