Title: LCC Badges

Does anyone have any for swaps/selling?  Just missed out on the one Peter was selling!

I don't have any of these in my collection but at one point i did think about it but never really got round to it Does anyone know how many of these were issued?

Does anyone know the significance of why some of these badges have white enamelling to the centre & some are plain silver?

I haven't found any indication of a specific difference ,so wonder if it may have been an optional choice for the recipients to pick which type they had? Purely guess work though.
