Nursing Films

I was wondering if other members knew of other similar old films or indeed feature films finding nursing from previous generations.I suppose the Carry On films and Atonement are two examples!

Snatching a few minutes from my UK sojourn I discovered this interesting link reguarding films about Edith Cavell:-

The film list is right at the bottom of the page -and also lists the actresses who played Edith Cavell in them.  The main body of the page above the list also contains some superb photographs of monuments to her -as well as a fairly detailed history surrounding her life - and death. I sometime wonder if she needed to have died in the manner she did at all...

Nurse Cavell is a local heroine in this region of East Anglia but is more famous for her manner of death than her nursing achievements(She was one of the London Nurses who served in the Maidestone Typhoid Epidemic).

Received the Queens Nursing DVD and would recommend that.
