St Margarets Hospital Great Barr

I lived down the road from this hospital Once the home of the Scott family it became a hospital but alas is now a derelict ruin ( there is a great facebook page devoted to this hospital)
So I managed to get a hospital badge from there and then out of the blue 2 more appeared on ebay with different wording so just had to have
Although Great Barr has a Birmingham postcode  the hospital was managed by Walsall health authority
I have posted a photo of all 3 badges but  have noticed that the HA and AHA version are both awarded to the same nurse ( neither engraved duplicate) all 3 badges are silver

Does anyone have any ideas why slightly different variants of the same badge awarded to the same nurse??
