SRN/RGN qualifying badge after 1979-80 period. I think it changed for those qualifying at the QE hospital as opposed to the London Road site. The previous badge was the same inner emblem on a 'silver' background with Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Hospital-around the edge the previous to that had raised wording .(from memory).The EN version has green extensions  more like a 'cross' shape
