Title: Unidentified St Thomas's Hospital Gold badge
Post by: backman on October 18, 2016, 06:46:38 AM
I have recently acquired an 18carat gold badge which features the coat of arms of St Thomas's Hospital, however at present I have no idea what is was for? it may possibly be Medical but I await a response from the Nightingale Museum to confirm.I don't suppose anyone out there has come across one before? Image to the picture archive will follow in time.

Hi Peter
I think your badge (St Thomas Coat of Arms badge) was awarded to staff for long service 25years. I do recall seeing one before on Ebay and reading it was awarded for long service. Regards John
