Hi Myk.

A few seconds!  If all is ok.👌

But there will always be a delay because each upload needs to be checked (eg for bogeys, porn which could be substituted/embedded in a photo/s) so that is a live check.

But usually shortly after receipt depending on when received? We only check once in 24 hours or so?.

Sorry we don?t have full time staff, but the the site is free to users.

Hi Myk,

Yes, I have noticed.  I suspect that the change is emanating from SimpleMachines, who provide the forun, but there is probably an automatic fix.  I will ask our tech admin to have a look.

Can I as people viewing my badges have you noticed a kind of typo where I have the ?Myk1066 it is now appearing as ©Myk1066 on all of my pictures except the few I?vechanged!  Not sure what is going on!

HI all just found the site a few weeks back! - PPH SONN of course no longer exists. Neither does the hospital - I started my training there in 1959/60 completed went off to RN+oyal Berkshire Hospital to do 18mths general nurse training returned - started teaching shortly after at PPH then off to London to do a tutors course back to teach at a then combineed PPH and RBH and a newly added BDH - the world was expanding rapidly! had a break teaching in Hong Kong for 3 yrs returned but the travelling bug had got me so headed to australia and started teaching over there etc etc. Now retired.

In relation to GNC registration fees, up until 1948 an annual retention fee was required in order to remain on the register and was then set at 2s 6d .  In 1966 the registration fee was increased to ?6.6.0, the same as the fee for the state final examination, and the first increase since 1951. I have a copy of the Bendall and Raybould, History of the GNC 1919-1969, it's a wonderful source of information.
