Whilst the badges for this organisation come up quite often(interlinked MSN in red  or blue enamel) I know very little about it.I do know that it was only formed in August 1945 but little or nothing after that.Does anyone know more about it,when it was dissolved,where it went,etc? Another of the many different professional organisations that bloom ,wither and die to be forgotten by history?
