If we were to design a badge to commemorate the year of the nurse & midwife what elements would you like to see in its design including shape, colours, emblems & wording etc?

Slightly different topic area but has anyone seen / got any of the 2018 / 2019 coins 10p that celebrated various things; one for each letter of the alphabet. The "N" was for the NHS
