Just renewing a previous request for a picture of the above named badge.  Also is anyone aware of how many were issued?

the only one that I know of is in Holland I did try to research this badge but never got very far however I do try now and again to find out more about it

I know Peter posted a link to the old multiply site of said Registered Male Nurse Scotland in 2009.  Would like to see a picture of it again!
