COPD essays

hi - I was just wandering if any of my English/Welsh colleagues had any info on prescribing and distribution methods, used in England & Wales ,of oxygen for COPD. I have an essay to do on long term O2 threrapy(LTOT) and severe COPD and need some info. There is a difference between the way the Scots do it compared to E&W. Any info would be welcome along with references if at all possible. However if anyone wants to write it for me ( no pay or tips!!!) please don't hestiate...............
