Excellent book on history of The London Hospital Sarah, really enjoyed reading it. Brought back lots of memories of my training days in the Queen Elizabeth School of Nursing, Birmingham and all the rules and the Ward Sisters who scared us to death (and the daft things we got up to breaking the rules).
Many thanks indeed Magpie, it was a great privilege to work on it- a five year labour of love for us all! It's great to have captured so many nurses voices; sadly some have already died, which highlights the importance of capturing memories before they are lost.
